Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Breast

Tender chicken breasts coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, easy to make and bursting with flavor, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
