Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Quick and easy cheeseburger flavors wrapped in golden, crispy crescent dough—perfect for weeknights or game day.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat a skillet over medium. Add the ground beef and break it up with a spoon. Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles on a clean surface.
  4. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle a little shredded cheddar over the beef.
  5. Roll each triangle up from the wide end toward the point, sealing the seam as you go. Place the rollups seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with the melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if you like a fresh finish.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the dough is puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2–3 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Use 85/15 or 80/20 ground beef for best flavor. Customize with different cheeses or make vegetarian with lentils or plant-based crumbles.
