Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Deliciously cheesy and beefy bombs wrapped in biscuit dough, perfect for game day or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the biscuit dough packaging.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, draining any excess fat once browned.
  3. Season the beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste, then remove it from the heat.
  4. Roll out each biscuit into a flat circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Spoon a portion of the beef mixture and some cheddar cheese into the center of each biscuit.
  6. Carefully wrap the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching to seal.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake according to biscuit dough instructions until they’re golden brown and delightful.
  9. Serve warm, and consider pairing with your favorite dipping sauces!

Notes

Make sure to seal the bombs well to prevent leaking during baking. Feel free to customize with different cheeses and meats.
