Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Delightful biscuit dough wrapped around cheesy, meaty filling, perfect for snacks or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: dipping sauces for enhanced flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until nicely browned. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Flatten each piece of biscuit dough and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake according to package instructions or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
