Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Indulgent treats that combine juicy beef, gooey cheese, and a buttery biscuit shell, all sprinkled with garlic and parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauces of your choice (ketchup, ranch, or BBQ)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove skillet from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt into the beef mixture.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate the pieces. Flatten each piece and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  5. Wrap the dough around the filling, ensuring it’s sealed tightly to avoid leaks.
  6. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake according to the biscuit dough package instructions or until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Try adding different cheeses or spices to customize your bombs. Ensure they are sealed tightly to keep all the filling in.
