Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

A delightful blend of creamy, savory flavors combined with tender chicken and perfectly cooked pasta, ideal for family dinners or cozy date nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup garlic parmesan sauce
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini recommended)
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water or chicken broth
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breast in a crockpot and pour buffalo wing sauce over the top, ensuring it is well coated.
  2. Add garlic parmesan sauce along with water or chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender.
  4. Shred the chicken using two forks.
  5. Stir in pre-cooked pasta and parmesan cheese until well combined and pasta is coated in sauce.
  6. Serve warm and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.

Notes

For a different flavor profile, consider substituting buffalo wing sauce with a BBQ sauce. This dish also freezes well for up to 2-3 months.
