Gordon Ramsay’s Coleslaw

A refreshing and crunchy coleslaw with a tangy dressing, perfect for any meal or barbecue.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded green cabbage with the shredded carrots in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and sugar in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture.
  4. Toss everything until well coated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill the coleslaw in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, try adding chopped apples, raisins, or jalapeƱos. This coleslaw is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
