Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent.
  3. Introduce the ground beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Open the hoagie rolls and fill them with the seasoned beef and onion mixture.
