Fresh Mango Salsa

A vibrant and refreshing mango salsa packed with sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors, perfect as a condiment or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Black beans
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (fresh and chopped)
  • 1 small Jalapeño (seeded and finely diced)
  • 2 large ripe Mangoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple (diced or cubed)
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 small Red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the black beans, chopped cilantro, diced jalapeño, diced mangoes, pineapple, diced red bell pepper, and diced red onion in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and gently toss to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Serve chilled or at room temperature for the best taste.

Notes

Choose ripe mangoes for maximum sweetness. Allow the salsa to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
