A delightful low-carb twist on traditional cheeseburgers, these bite-sized cheeseburger bites are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • Cheese (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour (or low-carb bread crumbs)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Pickles (optional, for serving)
  • Lettuce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheese, almond flour, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small, bite-sized patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the patties for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked and golden.
  6. Serve with pickles and lettuce for an added crunch.

Notes
