Homemade Blended Strawberry Overnight Oats

A delicious and nutritious way to start your day, these blended strawberry overnight oats are quick to prepare and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the rolled oats, milk, fresh strawberries, honey (if desired), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend until smooth, creating a creamy mixture.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, ideally overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy as is, or top with more fresh strawberries.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Use ripe strawberries for maximum flavor and sweetness.
