Homemade Granola Bars

Delicious homemade granola bars packed with crunchy nuts, chewy oats, and natural sweetness from honey. Perfect for a quick and healthy snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, honey, dried cranberries, and nut butter in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the baking dish, creating an even layer.
  5. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes to allow the bars to set.
  6. Remove from the dish and cut into bars of your desired size. Enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter bar, feel free to add more honey or a pinch of brown sugar. Store in an airtight container or freeze individually for longer storage.
