Honey Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

A delightful side dish that transforms Brussels sprouts into sweet, caramelized bites, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the Brussels sprouts thoroughly and trim off the ends, cutting them in half.
  3. In a spacious bowl, mix together the Brussels sprouts, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until every sprout is generously coated.
  4. Arrange the sprouts onto a baking sheet in a single, flat layer for even roasting.
  5. Roast them for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are crispy on the outside and beautifully caramelized.
