Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders

Delicious and crispy chicken tenders glazed with a sticky honey butter garlic sauce, perfect for quick dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then mix in the honey and minced garlic.
  3. Season the chicken tenders generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in the honey butter garlic mixture, ensuring they’re well-covered.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For a unique twist, you can swap honey for maple syrup. Serve with ranch or honey mustard for dipping.
