Air Fryer Honey BBQ Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Combine the honey, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well mixed.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them evenly with the sauce mixture.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the chicken bites in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
  6. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm, garnished with extra BBQ sauce or fresh herbs if desired.
