Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or quinoa
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat for one minute.
  2. Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until golden brown.
  3. Toss in sliced bell peppers and onions, stirring to combine.
  4. Sprinkle fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat.
