Juicy Ground Chicken Kids Recipe

An easy and delicious way to sneak lean protein into your kids’ meals with juicy ground chicken patties.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, and cheese if you’re using it.
  2. Mix everything together until it’s well combined.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Shape the mixture into small patties or meatballs.
  5. Cook the patties in the skillet for about 5–7 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, you can use oats instead of breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
