Oven-Baked Boneless Chicken Breasts

Juicy, tender oven-baked boneless chicken breasts, seasoned just right for a perfect weeknight dinner or special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, ensuring they’re evenly covered.
  4. Generously sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken, rubbing it in for maximum flavor.
  5. Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish, spacing them evenly.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature hits 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is beautifully golden.
  7. Once out of the oven, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy!

Notes

For maximum juiciness, avoid overcooking. Let the chicken rest after baking to redistribute juices.
