Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or Mexican blend)
8 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional toppings: avocado, lettuce, salsa
Instructions
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Drain any excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and follow the packet instructions to combine.
Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. In the center of each tortilla, place a generous portion of the beef mixture. Top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped onions, and any optional toppings you desire.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly, ensuring all the fillings are secured inside.
Place the burritos seam side down in the same skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes on each side.
Serve with sour cream and additional toppings if desired.
Notes
For a healthier spin, consider swapping in your favorite cheese or adding extra vegetables.
