A tender and flavorful chicken dish made with a creamy mayonnaise and spice mixture, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken breasts placed in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously on top of the coated chicken.
  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
