Mustard Hasselback Kielbasa Bites

An irresistible blend of savory kielbasa sausage, zesty mustard glaze, and a touch of sweetness, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the kielbasa crosswise without cutting all the way through to create pockets.
  3. In a bowl, mix yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture generously over the kielbasa bites.
  5. Place the kielbasa bites in the greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and caramelized.
  6. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, substitute yellow mustard with Dijon. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
