Mustard Hasselback Kielbasa Bites

Delicious and quick kielbasa bites with a tangy mustard-honey glaze, perfect for game days or parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slicing the kielbasa crosswise without cutting all the way through, create pockets for the glaze.
  3. In a bowl, combine yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture generously over each kielbasa bite.
  5. Arrange the prepared bites in the greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the kielbasa in the mustard mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
