Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Generously rub this mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Arrange the chicken thighs on a baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching for even cooking.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Once done, remove the thighs from the oven and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. For a personal touch, garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
