Oven-Baked Veggie Frittata

A nutritious and versatile oven-baked veggie frittata that blends flavorful ingredients, perfect for any meal of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Vegetables (your choice, e.g., bell peppers, spinach, zucchini)
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cheese (your choice, e.g., cheddar, feta)
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
  3. Add the garlic powder and your selected vegetables, cooking until they’re tender.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  5. Stir in the sautéed veggies and cheese, ensuring an even mix.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
  8. Let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes
