A delightful blend of shredded chicken, creamy mayonnaise, and crunchy veggies, perfect for lunch or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, diced celery, diced red onion, and sliced almonds.
