Pizza Sliders

Delicious pizza sliders made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, layered with pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings—perfect for game days or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Handful of pepperoni slices (or any pizza toppings of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Layer mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings evenly.
  5. If desired, sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings.
  6. Place the top half back onto the assembled toppings.
  7. Brush melted butter over the top for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  9. Slice into portions and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to swap pepperoni for veggies or use low-fat cheese. For serving, consider garnishing with fresh herbs and offering dipping sauces.
