Quick Christmas Peppermint Pie

A no-bake peppermint pie combining cream cheese and peppermint flavors, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Crushed peppermint candies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream and peppermint extract to create a fluffy mixture.
  4. Pour the creamy filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set properly.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies on top.

Notes

Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. It can also be frozen for longer storage.
