Quick Pepper Jelly Cream Cheese Appetizer Dip and Bites

Delicious mini phyllo bites filled with creamy cream cheese and topped with sweet and spicy red pepper jelly.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (15-count) mini phyllo shells
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup red pepper jelly
  • Fresh thyme leaves or chopped green onion (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  3. Fill each shell with about a teaspoon of softened cream cheese.
  4. Top each phyllo shell with approximately 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper jelly.
  5. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the phyllo shells are crispy and the cream cheese is warmed.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme or chopped green onions.
  7. Serve warm or let them cool to room temperature.

Notes

These bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, and they can be frozen individually for up to a month.
