Quick Rise Pizza Dough

A fast and easy recipe for homemade pizza dough, ready in just 30 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights or spontaneous pizza nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil into the dry mix, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about five minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and shape it for your pizza.
  6. Top with your favorite ingredients and bake in a preheated oven at 475°F (245°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Consider substituting all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour for a healthier version, or replace olive oil with vegetable oil as needed.
