  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Rosemary, dried
  • 1 tsp Thyme, dried
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and a pinch of salt and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the button mushrooms and toss until they are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using skewers, thread the mushrooms onto the wooden or metal skewers.
  4. Brush the grill grates with olive oil. Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with the dried rosemary and thyme. Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro before serving. Marinate for up to 30 minutes for a more intense flavor.
