Savory Breakfast Rolls

Delicious rolls filled with sausage, cheese, and eggs, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or bell peppers for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spoon the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle towards the pointed tip.
  6. Arrange the rolled-up treats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
