Savory Smoked Salmon Linguine

A simple yet elegant dish featuring creamy sauce, tender pasta, and rich smoked salmon, perfect for cozy dinners or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Smoked salmon
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 lb Linguini noodles
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Butter, salted
  • 1 cup Cream, thick
  • 3 tbsp Reserved pasta cooking water

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguini noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving 3 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the smoked salmon and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the capers, lemon juice, and reserved pasta cooking water.
  5. Add the cooked linguini to the skillet and toss to combine everything deliciously.
  6. Pour in the cream and mix gently until well coated.
  7. Add parsley and season with salt according to your taste.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy this savory delight!

Notes

For a lighter touch, opt for reduced-fat cream. Freshly minced garlic enhances the flavor.
