Crispy Chicken Drumsticks

Delicious seasoned crispy chicken drumsticks that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 packs pastured-raised chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, paprika, ground pepper, sea salt, and olive oil in a large mixing bowl to form a seasoning mix.
  3. Toss the chicken drumsticks into the bowl, ensuring each piece is well-coated with the seasoning blend.
  4. Spread the seasoned drumsticks evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake these delightful drumsticks in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until they are crispy on the outside and cooked through.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in the juices.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, pat the chicken dry before seasoning. Marinate overnight for deeper flavor. Try adding cayenne pepper for extra spice.
