Skillet Bang Bang Chicken Thighs

A delightful combination of tender chicken thighs coated in a spicy-sweet bang bang sauce, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 recipe of bang bang sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the chicken thighs with kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. While the chicken cooks, prepare the bang bang sauce in a separate bowl.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked to perfection, remove it from the skillet and coat with the bang bang sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions for a refreshing finish.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
