Juicy Chicken Sliders

Delicious chicken sliders packed with flavor and nestled in soft, fluffy buns, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 cheese slices (cheddar, Swiss, or pepper jack)
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce or homemade mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken with salt, pepper, and a splash of BBQ sauce, mixing until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of your burger buns.
  4. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  5. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and cover to let it melt.
  6. Assemble your sliders by placing a patty on each bun and adding your favorite toppings.

Notes
