Kentucky Hot Brown Sliders

Indulgent sliders featuring Hawaiian rolls filled with a creamy turkey and cheese mixture, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like mozzarella or a blend)
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded turkey, mayonnaise, mustard, cheese, tomatoes, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spoon the turkey mixture evenly over the bottom rolls.
  5. Top with the upper halves of the rolls.
  6. Brush the melted butter on top for added flavor.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.

These sliders can be made ahead and reheated, making them perfect for gatherings.
