S’mores Energy Bites

Delicious and healthy S’mores Energy Bites that incorporate the flavors of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers into a convenient snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 15 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
