Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Delightful sliders filled with tender chicken and zesty buffalo sauce, perfect for game day or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Cooked shredded chicken
  • Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
  • Cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Butter (for brushing)
  • Optional toppings (such as blue cheese, celery, or ranch dressing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until every bit of chicken is nicely coated.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the bottom of each bun and top generously with cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on each slider to complete the assembly.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter for that golden finish.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are beautifully golden.
  8. Serve warm, adding optional toppings like chopped celery or crumbled blue cheese for additional flavor.

Notes

For a milder option, swap out the hot sauce or use different cheeses for a unique twist. Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
