Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Delectable mini sandwiches with tender shredded chicken in zesty buffalo sauce, topped with gooey cheese, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • Fluffy slider buns
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for brushing the tops)
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Sprinkle cheese generously on top of the chicken.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve warm with optional toppings.

Notes

Using shredded rotisserie chicken can save on prep time. Add extra buffalo sauce before serving for more heat.
