Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Delicious mini sandwiches that combine the flavors of classic Buffalo wings in soft, buttery buns.

Ingredients

  • 12–16 slider buns (soft dinner rolls or Hawaiian rolls)
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken (about 1.5–2 lbs cooked)
  • 3/4 cup Frank’s hot buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1–2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella
  • 2–3 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional: ranch dressing, sliced celery, blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly onto each bottom bun.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese, then brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly golden.
  8. Serve warm, with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side for dipping or topping.

Notes

These sliders can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking, and can also be frozen for later use.
