Spinach and Artichoke Wonton Cups

Delicious spinach and artichoke wonton cups, perfect for any gathering. Crispy, creamy, and easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or Parmesan)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil or cooking spray.
  3. Gently press the wonton wrappers into the muffin cups to form a small cup.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the wonton cups, filling each one generously.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce or homemade pesto for dipping. They can also be frozen after baking.
