Sweet Chili Glazed Chicken Thighs

Succulent chicken thighs glazed with a sweet and spicy sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat the chicken thighs evenly with the marinade and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
  5. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs for a few hours or overnight. Use bone-in skin-on chicken thighs for more juiciness.
