Taco Ranch Bites

Delicious bite-sized snacks combining the lively flavors of taco night with creamy ranch dressing, perfect for gatherings or movie nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 package of mini tortilla chips or cups
  • Optional toppings: jalapeños, sour cream, lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat the cooked ground beef or turkey in a skillet and add the taco seasoning, stirring well until mixed.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the seasoned meat with shredded cheese, ranch dressing, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
  4. Spoon generous amounts of the mixture into mini tortilla chips or cups.
  5. Place the filled chips on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is beautifully melted.
  6. Top with optional toppings like jalapeños or sour cream, if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days and reheat in the oven to retain crispness.
