Tater Tot Casserole

A comforting classic combining crispy tater tots, savory ground beef, and creamy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar)
  • 1 package tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the beef mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Evenly layer the tater tots over the top of the beef mixture.
  6. Add shredded cheese over the tater tots.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, add crushed potato chips on top. You can also use ground turkey or a vegetarian alternative.
