Vegetarian Cheesy White Bean Buffalo Dip

A creamy, spicy dip made with white beans and cheeses, perfect for gatherings and snack times.

Ingredients

  • 1 can white beans (such as cannellini or great northern)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Tortilla chips or vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the white beans in a bowl until mostly smooth, leaving some texture.
  3. Add cream cheese, shredded cheddar, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Top with chopped green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.

Notes

Feel free to customize with low-fat cream cheese or vegan cheese options. Store leftovers for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 2 months.
